
LAM KEONG YEOH – CHAIR
Lam Keong Yeoh is an adjunct professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He is a prominent economist and social commentator in Singapore and is involved in public policy research /commentary and financial economics. He was formerly Chief Economist of the GIC and a managing director for over ten years. He was a Board member of Arohi Emerging Asia Fund, Bamboo Capital Management, and Nuvest Real Return Fund. He was on the Investment Committee of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS).
In the public policy field, Lam Keong has been an advisor or fellow to several research institutes like the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), the Civil Service College, and the Singapore Centre for Applied Policy Economics (SCAPE) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He also sits on the Singapore Management University (SMU) School of Economics Advisory Board. He has worked on public policy with several key ministries, companies and major consulting firms. He has authored several publications on policy analysis, political economy, and international economics in major local journals and with leading international academic publishers.
He is also involved in policy advocacy, particularly poverty eradication and social protection. His other policy interest areas are economic development, social policy and environmental conservation. His hobbies are fishing, hiking and nature writing.

BYRON ASKIN
Byron is the Chief Operating Officer of Emerging Markets Investment Advisers, a specialist SE Asia private equity fund manager based in Singapore. Byron's responsibilities include finance, fund administration, compliance and risk management. Byron has a 20-year private equity career in the Asia Pacific region with a core investment focus in Southeast Asia, Australia, India and China in sectors such as technology, consumer, real estate, renewable energy, and agriculture. Besides leading regional investment teams, he has also established the private equity arms for two financial institutions and most recently managed a total AUM of US$ 300 million. His experience includes fundraising, business development and portfolio management, and he has served as a board member and on investment committees for several companies.
Byron has a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from its Stephen M Ross School of Business.

MEIZANI IRMADHIANY
Meizani Irmadhiany has more than 18 years of experience in sustainable land management, agriculture/plantation, renewable energy, labor, and disaster relief. Previously, she worked in the private sector on sustainable rubber commodities and was instrumental in building a sustainable natural rubber production business in a complex landscape. She served on the Board of Directors and developed high-level corporate financial instruments, including the company's first Sustainable Bond issuance in Asia in 2018, while developing public grant schemes to support several environmental and social programs.
Meizani earned a bachelor's degree in global studies and political science from the University of Minnesota and was a fellow of the United in Diversity/MIT Sloan IDEAS program in 2011-2012.

LEE CHEN CHEN
Chen Chen Lee is a Senior Fellow with the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, the country's oldest think tank and founding member of the ASEAN-ISIS network of think tanks. She is also a Strategic Engagement and Partnerships Manager at DT Global, an international development contractor that works in over 90 countries to solve complex problems in the peacebuilding, governance, economic development, environment, and human development sectors. She has a MA in International Relations from Japan and a Bachelor of Communications from Singapore Nanyang Technological University.
Chen Chen is a Gender and Labour Migration expert and serves as an adviser to the Support Unit for Gender Equality and the ASEAN-Australia Counter Trafficking program. She has worked for international organizations such as ActionAid, Jesuit Refugee Service, International Development Research Centre, International Labour Organization, Inter-Agency Project on Human Trafficking, UN Women and Womankind. She is a firm believer in environmental sustainability and conservation.

LIM WEI WEI
Wei Wei is Partner and Practice Lead of Governance, Risk and Sustainability Advisory services at Baker Tilly Singapore, an international accountancy and professional services firm.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, including assurance and advisory positions at international professional services firms and heading an internal audit department of a New York Stock Exchange-listed company in China, he now advises clients on matters concerning corporate governance, internal controls, risk management and sustainability. His clients include muti-nationals, small-medium enterprises, not for profit organizations, government agencies and in diverse industries spanning across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, oil and gas, hospitality and real estate.
Wei Wei is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and Certified Internal Auditor. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He has also completed the Leadership Development Program with the University of Chicago. Wei Wei is an avid traveller and enjoys reading about history, current affairs and works out/runs for leisure.

KATHLYN TAN
Kathlyn is a Principal of Singapore family office, Rumah Group, and Director of its philanthropic arm, Rumah Foundation. She established Rumah’s ocean-climate philanthropy and impact investment activities in 2017, and leads the foundation’s strategic grant making and collaborative partnerships. Rumah Foundation’s ocean-climate portfolio supports awareness and education, protection and restoration of blue carbon sinks, and sustainable seafood; with a focus on Southeast Asia. She is a regular contributor to the media, with conservation articles and features across a range of outlets, including Channel NewsAsia, Bloomberg, The Straits Times, The Business Times and Eco-Business.
She currently serves as a Board Trustee of Conservation International Singapore, member of Conservation International’s Asia Pacific Advisory Council, BoardDirector of The Good Food Institute Singapore, member of the Advisory Boardfor Eco-Business, member of the Technical Advisory Panel for Sustainable Finance Institute Asia, member of the Advisory Board for the Regenerative Fund for Nature, member of the Challenge Leadership Group for MIT Solve, and Co-founder of Coastal Natives.
